I reached out to them first before posting a negative review - and was rejected any sort of refund. I have time stamped times photos - we waited for almost an hour for a bus to pick up… and ended up getting an uber to finish our day. Only rode to one stop. We tried calling (internationally) - messaging and never got through. When we finally did get to a spot to go woo to a person…”
