We messaged the company, made numerous phone calls, and even enlisted local hotels to help us reach them—yet received absolutely no response. There was no physical office, and even local hotels were unable to direct us to one. We encountered another group of passengers assigned to our tour who were also unable to locate the tour group and had received no communication. This experience leads us to believe that this company is fraudulent. Viator was also unable to facilitate direct contact over the phone with World Sea Explorers, further reinforcing our suspicion…”
